Step 2 — Upload Your Documents via My Booking

Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a secure link to My Booking via email. Visit asta.com, navigate to the My Booking section, and upload all required documents using your booking reference number and registered email ID. Our team will review and verify your documents and confirm if anything further is required before proceeding.

Step 3 — Entry Route Confirmation & Application Completion

Our visa consultants will confirm the correct entry route — Visa Free, eVisa, or Sticker Visa — based on your specific passport nationality and country of residence. We will accurately complete and submit your application through the official portal on your behalf, ensuring zero errors or inconsistencies.

Step 4 — Tracking & Visa Delivery

Our dedicated coordination team will actively monitor your application and keep you informed at every stage. Once approved, your United States eVisa PDF will be sent directly to your registered email address. For sticker visas, we will guide you through the passport collection process.

• UAE & KSA Nationals: Visa free — no application required — enter on valid passport
• UAE Residents — valid UAE Residence Permit 90+ days remaining: Visa free — no application required
• All other nationalities including Indian nationals: eVisa required — apply online

1. Passport

• Valid passport — minimum 6 months validity beyond the intended date of departure from United States
• Clear colour scan of the passport biodata page — uploaded during the online eVisa application
• All details entered must exactly match the passport

2. National Identity & Residency Proof

• Valid national identity document — front and back copy — mandatory
• UAE Residents: Valid UAE Residence Visa copy, Emirates ID front and back copy — minimum 90 days remaining validity for visa-free entry
• KSA Nationals: Saudi National ID front and back copy
• KSA Residents (Expats): Valid Iqama front and back copy, Exit & Re-Entry Permit — mandatory
• Indian Nationals: Aadhaar Card front and back copy, PAN Card copy
• All Other Nationalities: National ID or equivalent government-issued document — front and back copy

3. Recent Passport-Sized Photograph

• One recent colour passport-sized photograph — white background — front-facing — neutral expression — no glasses — taken within the last 6 months
• Digital format — uploaded through the official United States eVisa portal during the application

4. Completed Online Application Form

• Completed accurately through the official United States eVisa portal
• Hotel name and address mandatory — must be completed on the application form

5. Confirmed Return or Onward Travel Ticket

• Confirmed return or onward flight ticket — mandatory
• Do not purchase non-refundable tickets before eVisa approval

6. Proof of Accommodation

• Confirmed hotel booking or accommodation voucher for the duration of stay in United States — mandatory

7. Financial Proof

• Bank statement for the last 3 months — showing consistent and sufficient funds to cover the duration of stay

For Couples & Families Travelling Together

• Couples: Original attested Marriage Certificate with certified English translation — mandatory
• Families with children: Original attested Birth Certificate of each child with certified English translation — mandatory
• Minor with one parent: Notarised consent from absent parent — with copies of both parents' passports — mandatory
• Minor without either parent: Notarised consent from both parents or legal guardians — mandatory
• Each family member requires a separate individual eVisa application

Important Notes

• Registration is required within 3 working days of arrival in United States — hotels register guests automatically — guests in private accommodation must register themselves
• Keep all registration receipts — they may be checked on departure
• The approved eVisa PDF must be printed and presented at United States immigration alongside the valid passport
• All eVisa fees are strictly non-refundable once submitted
• Possession of an approved eVisa does not guarantee entry — final entry is at the sole discretion of United States immigration officials

What is an United States eVisa?

The United States eVisa is a fully digital travel authorisation issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of United States — applied for entirely online and delivered electronically to the applicant’s registered email address as a PDF document upon approval. The approved eVisa must be printed and presented alongside the valid passport at United States immigration upon arrival. No embassy visit is required for eligible nationalities.

Three Entry Routes — United States

• Route 1 — Visa Free (UAE & KSA Nationals): UAE nationals and Saudi Arabian nationals may enter United States visa-free for up to 30 days. No application, no eVisa, and no fee required. Enter on valid UAE passport or Saudi passport.
• Route 2 — Visa Free for UAE Residents (all nationalities): Foreign nationals residing in the UAE holding a valid UAE Residence Permit with at least 90 days remaining validity beyond the date of entry into United States may also enter visa-free for up to 30 days — regardless of passport nationality. The UAE Residence Permit must be valid at the time of entry.
• Route 3 — eVisa (Online Application): All other nationalities — including Indian nationals — must apply for the United States eVisa online before travel. Available as single entry, double entry, or multiple entry — all with a maximum stay of 30 days and a validity of 90 days from date of issue.

• UAE Nationals — Visa Free: UAE nationals enter United States visa-free for up to 30 days. No application required.
• UAE Residents of Other Nationalities — Visa Free: UAE residents holding a valid UAE Residence Permit with at least 90 days remaining validity may enter United States visa-free for up to 30 days — regardless of passport nationality. No eVisa required.
• KSA Nationals — Visa Free: Saudi Arabian nationals enter United States visa-free for up to 30 days. No application required.
• KSA Residents of Other Nationalities — eVisa Required: KSA residents holding passports of non-exempt nationalities must apply for the United States eVisa online before travel.
• Indian Nationals — eVisa Required: Indian nationals must apply for the United States eVisa online before travel. Available as single, double, or multiple entry.
